The Phoenix Coat is a six step Process. (1) clean out cracks and all dust and loose rock from pavement. (2) treat cracks and rough areas with slurry seal. (3) seal coat pavement by hand using squeegee broom making sure to apply ample amounts into cracks and rough areas. (4) second treatment of cracks and rough areas using slurry seal. (5) seal coat all remaining rough areas and problematic cracks. (6) seal coat entire area with spray application for smooth finish

Chris called within an hour of seeing our post on Home Advisor, even though it was a Sunday. He arrived at our house later that afternoon to give us an estimate on repairing our driveway pavers. Q can cracks be filled
Answer. Yes and no. While cracks can be filled they always sink in time, some times the same day. Cracks can only be treated. They will never be truly filled
Q how often should I seal coat my pavement
Answer every 1-3 years. It all depends on the weather and how much abuse your pavement is getting. Always have two coats on your driveway. Once the top layer is gone and your down too the first layer. It's time for another coat. Never let your driveway become unprotected
Q how long does the seal coat take to dry
Answer Usually 24 hours before you can drive on it and 4 hours before you can walk on. But it all depends on the temperature and sunlight. These times can vary
Q there's tire marks on my freshly coated driveway after I waited more then 24 hours to drive on it
Answer not to worries this is very common they will lighten or disappear over time. Your seal coat is still in good condition.
Q I just got a new asphalt driveway installed or a new patch. How long before I can use it.
Answer. You can walk on it right away and drive on it the next day. But be careful on the first 60 days you drive. Turning the wheels of the car mite make groves in the pavement if your not moving while turning your vehicle
